JOB STATEMENT/PURPOSE: A Director of Nursing is needed for our 3 Room Outpatient Surgery Center/Spine Center.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : A Director of Nursing is needed for our 3 Room Outpatient Surgery Center/Spine Center.  We are looking for a leader for our outstanding clinical team.  The Director must have a current Alaska R.N. License, be ACLS/BLS certified, have nurse manager or supervisory experience, have good computer skills, and excellent communication skills. Experience with IVs and IV sedation is preferred.  The candidate must have either prior experience in a surgery setting, PACU, G/I lab, ER, or critical care.  This is a Monday through Friday position with excellent benefits, including a 401K plan with employer match, health insurance, a generous PTO plan and paid holidays.  Compensation is dependant on experience and is competitive with the market.
