Swan Employer Services an energetic business, established in 1998 by Hank Swan. Before coming to Alaska, Mr. Swan was a working partner with a large insurance broker in Hawaii. During his time with them, he gained extensive knowledge and skills in business and the brokerage industry. Working as sole proprietor in launching his new business after moving to Alaska, Mr. Swan utilized those skills and his expertise to expand his customer base and increase what is offered to his clients.

History
In 1998, Swan had a single client with a dozen work site employees. Today, Swan Employer Services has over 85 clients and 2000 work site employees. The experts at Swan work together to handle all aspects of the Swan solution – Human Resources, Workers' Compensation, Safety and Loss Prevention, Employee Benefits, and Payroll.
